It is a bold claim, but by tapping into the operational experience of our staff, using a carefully planned endorsed syllabus and a British Forces Ethos from which we are inspired, it is one we know we can meet. The Rewarding Leaders Programme, a unique one-week sailing programme, based in the British Virgin Islands, that combines Reward with Development to give businesses an opportunity to invest in their key staff.
We asked business what they are looking for from their training and reward programmes. We discovered how important it was to define just what capabilities staff will have on their return. This has informed our design whilst leaving room to work with individual companies to meet their specific needs.
